The first winner of the Kentucky Derby, Aristides, forms the tip of the first spire. All 13 Triple Crown winners are prominently displayed with Sir Barton forming the tip of the second spire. Assault, Citation, Omaha and Affirmed are all at the widest points of the two spires. The other Triple Crown winners Gallant Fox, War Admiral, Whirlaway, Secretariat, Count Fleet, Seattle Slew and American Pharoah are all lining the top of the roof with Justify in the bottom right.
